Every order is made with care — here's what to expect.


Turnaround & Delivery

Because each order is custom-made for you, we take the time to get it right. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and artwork is approved.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, shipping carrier practices, and the specifics of your order. Large or complex orders may ship in multiple packages.

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the province or territory to which your order is shipped.


Rush Orders

Working against a tight deadline? We'll do our best to help. Rush orders are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on project type and current production capacity. A small surcharge may apply.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses across Canada and the United States. For international orders outside of these regions, we're happy to arrange shipping — just get in touch with your order details and we'll work out the logistics together.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. For international shipping inquiries, email hello@atelierfinery.com with your order number and destination.


Returns & Exchanges

As a custom apparel studio, all of our products are made to order — which means we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on the basis of a change of mind or sizing preference.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a defect in the garment, decoration or print quality that falls below a reasonable standard, or artwork that differs from what was submitted or approved, we want to make it right.

Simply reach out within 10 days of receiving your order and we'll review the claim. If verified, we'll work with you to correct the situation. Claims submitted after the 10-day window cannot be accepted.
